Autumn Photography Competition Results – November 2020
Hi Everyone, thank you for submitting your images to our Autumn Photography competition in November.
We’ve received over 50 images, and we liked quite a few. But in the end Autumn sunset by Simon Moore claimed the first place. The second place was awarded to Philip Smith – Congrats!
Simon will receive £50 and Philip £25 in course gift vouchers.
First place – Simon Moore.
Please see info from Simon:
I used the Golden Hour app you recommended and got up at dawn to take some photos in Bushy Park – as luck would have it the park was closed because of the deer cull – however, I noticed this shot while cycling to the entrance, quickly turned around and took some shots from the road looking into the park just as the sun was rising through a beautiful sky.
Also just to say I could never have won without two important pieces of help 1) your course given by Katarina on Night and Low Light Photography 2) your course also given by Katarina on photo-editing with Photoshop.
Second place – Philip Smith

Congratulations to all who submitted their entries!
It is really important to practice. Our photography courses can give you all the technical knowledge but by far the best way to improve – is to practice!
