Course Locations in London
After many years at Wimbledon Art Studios — we no longer teach from one permanent London studio.
Our photography courses and private tuition now take place in a mix of:
- central London meeting places;
- outdoor photography locations;
- cafés and teaching spaces;
- hired professional studios;
- other carefully selected venues suited to the course.
Many of our current courses take place around Waterloo, South Bank, Westminster and other central London locations, giving students easier access from different parts of London.
The exact meeting point, venue address and joining instructions are confirmed for each course before the date.
The Travel Café, Waterloo
The Travel Café near Waterloo is one of the venues we may use for selected photography courses and private sessions.

Please note that The Travel Café is a hired course venue, not our permanent office or studio. Do not travel there unless it is listed as the meeting point for your particular course.

Can I visit your studio?
We no longer have a permanent London studio or public office.
Courses and private tuition take place at different London venues depending on the subject. Please do not visit a venue unless you have received confirmation that your course or session will take place there.
Where will my photography course take place?
The location is shown on the individual course information or confirmed in your joining instructions.
Courses may take place around Waterloo, South Bank, Westminster or other central London areas. Studio-based tuition takes place in a suitable hired photography studio.
Can I come by car?
Parking arrangements depend on the course location. Central London parking can be limited, so public transport is usually the easiest option.
Once you receive the confirmed venue address, please check local parking restrictions before travelling.
What happens if I am late or cannot find the meeting point?
Please try to arrive approximately 10 minutes before the stated course time.
If you are delayed or cannot find the meeting point, contact the tutor using the telephone number provided in your joining instructions.
Do you offer camera hire?
Camera hire may be available for selected courses and private tuition sessions, but it must be agreed in advance and is subject to availability.
Please contact us before booking if you need to borrow a camera.
