Great introduction to using my DSLR camera – the course was comprehensive and concise. The practical hands-on exercises were a great way to develop understanding of shutter speed, aperture and ISO, and the techniques with different lighting were very useful. I would definitely recommend this course to my friends and will coming back for the photoshop session to learn more. Overall, a very enjoyable & useful day!

Learned so many things from basic functions on my camera to how to do complicated shots with/out flash.

Really enjoyed creative elements. Would have like to spend more time outside but British weather prevented that.

Really like Jasons teaching style. He was particularly patient with me!

Would definitely recommend course to friends.

Without knowledge of industry prices the course seems good value for money.

A really useful introduction to the world of DSLR Photography.

Depth of field, shutter speed, etc thoroughly demystified with plenty of hands on exercises.

I learned how to better understand and control the manual functions on my DSLR camera, covering the main three areas: aperture, shutter speed and ISO response. The course has too much to cover to fit in as much practice as I would like, but it was essential in the time to understand the theory and functionality of the equipment. A longer course is needed! The course is very technical but enjoyable and informative. I would DEFINITELY recommend this course to my friends, and it was superb value to spend the entire day with a professional photographer.

Brilliant, thank you!

Aperture, Shutter and ISO!
The day was perfectly timed, and although a lot of info, all very necessary before trying activities!
I will be recommending this to friends as I thought it was great value!
Jason was a great teacher, very passionate and understanding.
I would be interested in the photo tour as and when that arrives.

My transition from web design to photography started about 15 years ago, after my first trip to Central America. Disappointed with pictures in auto, I decided to take matters into my own hands and learn how to use the camera to its full potential in manual mode and improve my photography. Website:
